And it also saves downstairs neighbors from getting their a-- beat when the come up one to many times complaining of my 1 year old at the time, bouncing a hard rubber ball on my kitchen floor..... LOL>>>>>>

Sihaya- did you really flood the person downstair's kitchen?!?! WOW, I bet they were ticked!! I've never rented and glad I chose that route... on my second house now and making some good cash on them. Buy, fix it up, live in it a while then sell it for some fish tank money! Scott, you better be posting some pics tonight of the frags you pick up today!!

I really flooded a downstairs kitchen once a 135 had a corner seam to break and it went to about 4 5 inches from the bottom .. Enough to keep the fish wet till morning it was 2:30 ish A.M and the real problem is it was my Kitchen ): Whats a mess that was!!! 100 gals of saltwater . Gas range was ruined all the electronics where soaked and the Lights and fan in the ceiling all where shot.. ):
