| New to 3reef Hey guys I just joined 3reef a couple of minutes ago. It seems like a great site with lots of good info. I am also new to the hobby I just got my first tank in early december. Its an eclipse 12 g. I have 8 snails, 1 peppermint shrimp, 1 cleaner shrimp, 1 scarlett hermit, and 2 ocellaris clownfish. |

| Welcome to 3reef!! That sounds like a nice tank. Make sure you don't add anymore fish.
What kind of filtration do you have?

| Yeah that was all the fish I was going to add. Currently I just have the stock filtration: Activated carbon cartridge and a biowheel. I want to add a sump but not really to sure the best way. I dont want to drill the tank or do anything to major. I was looking at a HOB filter/fuge or maybe a siphon overflow weir thing. |
