 |  Howdy!
I'm new to this forum and reef keeping in general. I've kept planted freshwater tanks for a little over a year and recently decided to finally take the plunge to saltwater.
Here's my 10 gallon that's been up for about 5 weeks: 
That was before my MH bulb. I've yet to get the light balance on my camera right, now that I've got the MH over it.
My next project will be converting my 50g planted FW tank in to a reef as well. I'm addicted.  |

welcome to the addiction. The stress is almost more dangerous than a drug addiction, the cost is just about as expensive but socialy its very acceptable. If you have any problems, these guys (and gals) will help you out a ton. I know from experience. Just keep the pictures coming in, because looking at other peoples reefs is actualy my second addiction. _________ -R 2 maroon clowns, 3 bubble tip anemones, 3 emerald crabs, 1 coral banded shrimp, 12 astrea snails, 4 mexican turbo snails, 2 ricordia yuma, 2 purple mushroom ricordia, 2 small zoanthid frags, 8 red legged hermits, 1 flame scallop, 1 watchman goby, gonoporia, sun ployps, yellow polyps, star polyps, galaxea 29g bowfront, 10g sump, 20g fuge, 250W MH, 6 blue LED, 6 white LED, 2 65w power compact Actinic, DIY overflow / skimmer The Weather Is Here, Wish You Were Beautiful  | |

An incredible bunch of people in here who are manning this forum 24/7, always willing and very capable of lending a helping hand or a shoulder to lean on when you get the "shakes" for that impulse buy at 3:30am
