| Howdy and welcome to 3reef!!!!enjoy it...many knowledgeable reefers here to help you to be successful in the reef hobby.
Don't be afraid to ask questions-
I have a question: It says you have a Niger Trigger and a Porcupine Puffer. You have them in with hermit crabs, an urchin and seastars? I'd be careful as their is a good possibility that they will get eaten by the Trigger and Porcupine Puffer. They aren't invertebrate safe or reef safe for that matter. _________ 125gal.w/Mag9.5 return(dual megaflow)>Mag7 pump Aqua Cev180skimmer.Wave2k Hamilton Reefstar(2)250watthqi(mh)pend.a Yellow, Naso Tang Red Lip Blenny Percula Clown Demoiselles Niger Trigger F. So far so good. The puffer messes with my snails every now and then. But other than that both fish are pretty well behaved. i try to feed them good so wont desided to snack on my inverts. The only thing i have lost in my tank so far, knock on wood, has been a sand sifter star. The only reason i lost him is because my orange general star had him as a snack. That general star is evil .He tries to eat snails and anything else he can get those sticky suckers on. I'm afraid if he keeps it up, I might have to get rid of him. Do you have any suggestions as far as a clean up crew for a predator tank?
Thanks
James |
