Default Hi All

Hi people,

Joined site today have not got a marine set up as yet. " but am keen to learn how to do it correctly". I have a trigon 190 corner tank at the moment which is set up with various tropical fish. Will this tank be suitable for salt water?.

Please let me know your views

Welcome to 3reef Sambini !

No problem for your present tank being converted to salt water. After you've emptied it from your fresh water set-up I would let it sit a while (bone-dry) before adding you initial salt mix (just to rid it of any unwanted bacteria).

Read as much as you possibly can about this hobby and ask questions. It pays huge dividends to be fully informed.
