| Welcome! I'm from just a little further away than the last poster, I'm sitting in Nebraska. Visit your state regularly thought to help thin out the populations of those dreaded freshwater fish like the elusive walleye and assorted panfish. Used to always fish up north of the cities, but this year we're trying a new place on Rush Lake so I'm looking forward to the trip.
Sorry to digress there, and once again welcome aboard. I'm setting up my first tank myself right now and various folks on here have been an incredible help. Search the old threads and you'll likely find info on common questions, but if you don't see anything there throw the question up and I can pretty much guarantee some advice - odds are it will be good advice too which is more than most internet forums can say.

| I agree this has been the most helpful and friendly place I have found on the web. I am starting to see a similarity between all aquarists. They are all happy go lucky people, I feel fortunate that I have joined such a great group of people and the most relaxing (yet stressful) hobby ever! |
