frh674 is on a distinguished road

Default Hello Everyone!

I just started out at the end of july, with this hobby really enjoying it so far!
I think it's very addicting though lol

Anyhow here are some of my tank specs

Tank: 45 gallon. L: 36" x W: 24" x D: 12"
Filter: Sea life Systems Wet/Dry Trickle with Skimmer in sump. This Filters been doing what I believe is a great job so far my waters clear and I haven't had an algae outbreak yet!
Lighting:Current-USA Sunpaq 10q Jap. 96 watt 36" actinic and 96w 36" 10,000k. I like this set because the end caps are very secure and water tight. I love the way the lights make everything look inside the tank. I can't wait to buy corals! *got to wait for the halides* :\ check out my web page for some pictures...

Why wait for the halides? Looks like you could do alot of diff types of corals with the lighting you have. Good luck, and welcome to the reef.
