    You don't need bulk. It grows faster than you can believe. I have to remove half/week to keep it healthy/growing

    high nitrates/phosphates and light lol. Not so good for everything else in the tank.

    I mean your not really trying to grow it for its looks. That is like saying: How do I make my skimmer cup fill up fast? Someone would say: oh just kill a few fish and snails and let them rot in the tank!

    Its biological filtration. It helps to lower your nitrates and phosphates. It will grow faster with more bad stuff in the tank. Just give it light and it will suck up all the bad nutrients. I would rather have dead chaeto due to lack of nutrients, than a healthy green ball of chaeto because I have lots of nitrates and phosphates.
