Default Sump/fuge design help...

Im in need of desiging a 20 gallon tank as my fuge/sump for a 90 gallon reef. My dimensions are 24x12x16, is this big enuf to do what i need or should i xchange for a 30 gallon long? (36x12x16)? Which ever one u think i should go with and how to i make baffles for micro bubbles etc. Im using a mag7 as a return pump, will be using a phosban reactor 150 (maybe 2) and wanna throw a couple heaters in there. I need a good drawn up/detailed description on where, how high, how low to glue glass and how far apart...ive never done this before and wanna do it rite. Local fish store wasnt much help today...please reply i need help with this

Thanks
