Silicone...how do i?

When creating the baffles for my sump using the 3 panes of glass im using 1/8 thick and putting them about an inch apart center one about an inch off the bottom. How do i make a good seal all the way around since i obviously cant get my hand/arm down to the bottom inbetween glass to apply silicone? Which pane first...center up off the bottom and the left and right to follow? Plan on doing this tonite.

silicone center piece on both side of the glass, then run a bead for the left on the sump wall , try to go as straight as possible, then install the glass and run the bead on the other side of the left one, then do the same for the right.....confused?
