new fuge tank

i am currently rearranging my 90g setup and would like some advice.
my existing setup is a 90g corner OF and a 55g DIY sump/fuge.i have several tanks laying around(10g and 40g breeder-both drilled) and was thinking of adding them into this setup for several reasons. 1)i need more room in sump for equipment and maint.
2)would like to have dedicated fuge/fuges

first question 1)should i have cheato in 1 tank and mangroves in another?
2)lighting regimine the same or different on the tanks
3)the 10g i want above the display to allow pods to flow into?
4)should i 't' drain or use pumps?
5)flow rates 10g and 40g
6) DSB or mud?
