Default help with plumbing refuge

Hello all!!! I was wanting to set up a 10g refugium right next to and level with my 75g display tank. My sump will be feeding the refugium, but I was wandering how to plumb to the display tank. Could I use a j tube and siphon the water into the display? kinda like an overflow box. Any assistance or input would be greatly appreciated.

You could but if the j tube gets pluged, by a snail, it could overflow the fuge.
My hang on fuge has a 2" bulkhead and the ocasional turbo can realy slow down flow.
