Dead amphipods ??

    When I trim back by chaeto from my fuge I usually shake it out in the upper tank to seed some pods to feed my fish a little extra lately when I do that I see some tiny little pinkish balls floating out..any ideas could it be dead amphipods thanks for all input

    It could be alot of things. I doubt its amphipods though as they are not pink. Could be some sort of eggs. A picture would help identify it.;)

    May be to small fo a pic looks almost like something curled up no totaly punk but white wjth pinkish tint

    Baby bristle worms will look pinkish white and they do ball up when they feel threatened.

    Pineapple sponges are small and fuzzy. My Chaeto was full of them when the tank was first running.

    Pretty sure its balled up bristle worms I probably been overfeeding lately
