so should i get rid of both my bulbs and replace them with the 2 mentioned above,

URI actinic white and URI super Actinic blue.?

Sounds like a plan, make sure you get the right size though, I'm guessing T8 but you should measure the diameter just in case you are not sure.

Yes they are t8 & do they both go on together or is the actinic blue just for night?

They should go on together, if you can put them on separate timers then you could have the actinic on first, then have both on, and then just your actinic. This will then give you a nice moonlight.
