DCML is on a distinguished road

Default VHO or T5 for to supplement MH

I have not been running any actinic with my MH
Thinking of adding dual T5 HO with UTI Super actinic R + Actinic White
Our VHO same combo.
I was hoping with the Antinic R + Antinic white combo I could also cut back
a few hrs on the MH run time.

I have 24" Deep 100 gal running 2) 250 watt 14K
Been running for about a year and have a few corals.
Hammer, mushrooms, Daisy coral and a LPST (large polyp swaying thing)

I added a Open Brain and Crocea Clam a few weeks ago and about lost them.
I moved them to Nano/Refug that's tied into the main tank with T5's and they look health again.

Will the T5's with Tek reflectors do the job to supplement the main tank or should I go VHO

Thanks
