Timers - Suggestions?

I have just recently set up my tank and I bought one of the coralife digital timers.Seemed like a good deal. When I got it home I found out that the two sets of outlets cannot be on at the same time. I wanted to have the actinics come on 1/2 and hour before the 10000Ks. But you can only have one set of outlets on at the same time!!. The alternative is the dual timer, but that one only has one constant power. I have multiple pumps, heater and need more than one!!
I have looked other complete controllers but they all seem to use x10. I have had bad experiences with x10 in the past and want to avoid them .Does anybody know of any complete controllers???

Radio shack timers $ 10.00 works just fine I use 3 my self and they work great. Yes thay are old school but they get the job done.
