Default Sunpod 150w MH or 250w MH for BC29?

What is the difference in what I can keep in my BC29 with a Sunpod 150w MH or Sunpod 250w MH? Is 250w too much for the BC29?
Can I keep SPS under the 150w MH?

Personally I'd got with a 150w because of heat, etc.
These are cube tanks right?
That would help too I'd think.

You can keep SPS with a 150w - I did - in the upper half of the aquarium.

I think the 250 would be too much, however, if you plan on getting a bigger tank in the near future, then I would get the 250. If you do decide to get the 250, you could always hang the lights higher away from the tank. It all depends what are your plans. I hope this helps, Luna.
