non-aquarium grow lights

i came across some 2x54 and 4x54 high output t5 grow lights that are currently pushing 6000k bulbs. i am planning to build a custom hood with fans for my 55gal because i just don't care for the look of lights hovering above a tank and my kids are wild so i want my lighting enclosed. I was wondering if these lights would be ok for the 10,000, 15000, 20,000k bulbs i would need.
