need info on new lights i got

just got lucky and and now i'm a proud owner of a new light system since my other one died from a power surge.

this is what i now got still in the box new!!!!!!!

one 34" 39 watt T5 HO Marine Glo (blue)
one 34" 39 watt T5 HO Life-Glo
Both bulbs connect to one ballest

one 46" 54 watt T5 HO Marine-Glo (blue)
one 46" 54 watt T5 HO Life-Glo
same as above all on one ballest

My tank is a 75 Gallon set up at 48"L x 18"W x 20"D
with 100lbs L/R
2 to 3 inches of crushed coral and live sand bed
frogspawn
torch
long tentacle anemone
asst Zoa's, Rics
Xenias
1 clownfish
2 green chromies
2 bengal cardnalfish
3 dominoes
1 6 line wrasse
1 sleeper goby
1 lawnmower blenny
15-20 blue leg hermits
1 lg misc hermit
10 nasarius snails
15 asst snails
1 sea hare (was giving to me by same person who gave me the lights)
and a star fish that i have no ideal where it came from. just know the dang legs are about 6-8 inches long and doesnt like the light

so any ideal what i can put in here with these lights will be great

i once had 4 54 watt ho t5's over a 75 gallon tank and it seemed fine for softies. maybe a lobo

Echinophyllia, Euphyllia, Plerogyra, Fungia, Pavona, Montipora, Favia, Favites and assorted soft corals(though many have reverse effects upon stony corals(scleractinians) are a good start! Most are very hardy and are not very light dependent!!!!
