retro fit is DIY ( do it yourself ) its cheaper and you get what you want with out the high price tag.

thats 108 gallons. so, 2-400w mh with 4-65w pc actinic would work for any coral. also 2-400w mh with 2-96w pc actinic would work. both are easily done. with a height of 29" the 400's are needed. 250's are good upto 24"

I would recommend two 250 or 400W halides for your tank. It is a good idea to put a halide every 24 inches and you will need at least 250W to get good penetration at 29 inches. If you are on a tight budget and don't want to DIY I would say go with something like this.
