Default Lighting Question

I am setting up a 45 gal tank and am wondering if these lights will be sufficient. Im really wondering what will i be able to keep with this light. I have a 65 gal FOWLR and am some what expirenced with that but not with corals. They have a lighting chart on this link but it does not mention this light.
thanks

This light will be fine for most all softies, LPS and some SPS as long as they are kept high in the tank.

Foster And Smith have the same light on sale...
