If I put 2 10,000K light together, do I still get only 10,000K of lighting or does it double the light??? [smiley=help.gif]

You just get more watts; the Kelvin remains the same.
Usually, 3-5 Watts per gallon is recommended for reef tanks, but the type of bulb (ie PC vs. VHO vs. NO) is most important.

Thanks, had someone in the light store tell me aome bad info, now what is a VHO and NO ??? (PC = power compact)

What that is some bad info.
VHO = Very High Output
NO = Normal Output

VHO are kinda like fluorescents on steroids. You can grow a lot with these bulbs and they can have a dimmer switch timer thingy for smooth transitions. No glimmer lines like Halides though.

NO bulbs are just fluorescents. Not much good for reef tanks unless you have a ton of them, even then you are restricted in what you can have.

Yeah, 2 10k's does not equal a 20k. *It just means you have twice as much intensity in the same color spectrum.
