Default help with lighting?

Hi. My tank has been running for about 4 weeks not. Almost done cycling, but I am concerned about my lights. I have the Odyssea 4x65 compact flourescent which every tells me is not enough. I was looking at the Coralife Orbit. See below website:

http://www.marineandreef.com/shoppro...OuterOrbit.htm

I would be looking for the 48" for my tank. I also have a hood that I want to keep so I would want to put that inside. What does everyone think? Any suggestions? Would this one be better for me? TAKE A LOOK AT MY TANK PICS..

Let me know..

_________

75G with approx 125lbs of rock, wet dry, TUNZE 9010 Skimmer, 300w Heater, 4x65 Odyssea Lights with Moon, 2 inches of live sand

Your running a total of 260w on a 75g tank, that is under, for your size tank. You need at least 300w for your tank. You will need 300-600w that's 4-8w per gallon.

That will be perfect. I agree with billrwilson with the circulation. MH produce a lot of heat.

OkayI figured out that I cant use that one. I really want to keep my hood and those fans are on the side, and the legs are too long. I can only come off the tank about 2 inches at most. Do I have to have glass under any light that I have? Do most people keep versa-glass tops? or are they just decorational? Since I have a hood, do I need that top?
Any other lighting suggestions for under a hood?? Everyone I look at says not to use under a hood..

I am also thinking of a larger canopy? No? If I could find one that matches this tank!

I'm just starting out but after reading here with my MH I've decided to go with no hood. Just the light.
