Default fuge lighting

I just bought a light for my refugium the other day, I went to home depot and picked up a 5 1/2 in clamp light with aluminum reflective housing, and a philips agro-lite plant light 60 watt. Anyone have any idea if this will be good for my Cheato? I've tried to find some specs on the bulb but not much luck as of this post.

Thanks!
Mike

Should be fine.
I got a fluorescent bulb inside a floodlight glass casing, just to reduce any heat issues.

Another question for fuge lighting...

I'm going to use my old 6 gal eclipse to grow pods/cheato, etc... In the past a retrofitted thie lighting with 2 9W VHO bulbs, one a 10K and one an actinic blue. They need replacing now.

Question is what should I replace them with? I want my macro to grow fast and green and I want there to be a lot of pods to use as a feeding source. I was even thinking of using this tank as a "fuge". Should I go 50/50 again? There is also a 6700K bulb available for this fixture. Or could I go with one 6700K and a 10000K? What about 2-10000K's or 2 6700K? (OK I'll not bore you with all the combinations but you catch my drift, right?)

Thanks for your suggestions in advance....
