Default Coralife Overhead lamp light...

My lamp bulb blew out the other day. Replace the bulb but light did not turn on. Troubled shoot the issue and discovered that it was not the bulb that went but possible something else in the unit. Not sure on what to do now seeing that the lamp is over a year old. Any suggestions? This unit has the blue, white and moon light on it. Only the blue light isn't working. Could it be the ballast?

Also, who is the manufacturer of Coralife Lights? The store, I bought it from, didn't have much info for me.

Hmmmm. I would try keeping the lights off for a bit, then try it again. Maybe try using some of the electrical spray to keep connectivity.

It is probably not even worth calling energy savers.
Probably the worst company I have ever tried working with in my life. I currently have 20 promices from the girl who answers that the tech will call back.

Still no replacement light from energy savers. When in the market for lighting, go anywhere but coralife. Just an opinion.

Hmm, I have been looking at the corallife MH Aqualight Pro vs The MH Orbit lights. I was leaning towards the Aqualight but might have to go the other way. Any one have any customer service issues with Orbit which used to be Custom Sealife?
