my buddy has one like the 8x39 on a 194 thats 28" deep, it should do the trick!!!

I use a 6x39 t5 on a 58g tank that if memory serves me right is 24" deep and it does great

The first light you linked I wouldn't touch since it doesn't have any reflectors
