Now that the MH are in how long do I run them at first? I dont want to burn any corals

It depends on how much of a change in lighting environment. You can use layers of nylon screen or eggcrate and increase the intensity gradullly or adjust the photo period.

What lighting and photo period do you currently have?

Im going from 2 65w 10k/2 65 actinics to 3 400w 10kMH.
Photoperiod is 8 am to 7pm w 10k on 1/2 hr after actinics and 1/2 hr off before actinics

I would go with four hours to start and then increase it an hour every other day to achieve an 8 hour photo period. You'll have to adjust from there depending on what your corals need.
