express would be better, but in my experience Reno is 2 day, that is fine, 3 day is risky and not all places receive service as fast as Reno so I want to make sure that caution is out there for anyone else reading this. Basically if you live in a city that everyone in the country has heard of even if they have never been to your state it should be fine. Assorted hermits do not fare so well, and need Express Mail.
