Default Which Skimmer?

I'm still leaning toward an external skimmer to allow more flexibility in the sump...

thoughts?

Considering the following external skimmers:

ETSS Super Reef Devil
Precision Marine Bullet 1
Aqua C EV-180
Turboflotor 1000 Multi

Any other suggestions...or feedback on which is best

I have heard only good things about all those.
Craig has a Turboflotor
Captive reefs has the Aqua C and we get 6% off that price which is cool.

The euroreef does come in an external model. It takes bout 2-3 weeks to have built. The prices for the euroreefs are also going up real soon. If it were me I would get the AquaC. It has the best customer service/support and is a rockin skimmer. *

Hey Nautilus Did you mean captivereefs?

I have nothing but good things to say about the Tubofloter 1000 Multi. Darin aka Captivereefs will not steer you wrong on the AquaC.

Just tryin to recreate God's perfection in a glass bowl. 20 Gallon Reef W/Live Rock, mated pair of Maroon Clowns, Softies, 110 watts PC 10,000k lighting, and skimmer.

I just got my AquaC Remora from Darin and I'm happy with it so far. It's pretty much a stupid proof skimmer. That's good for me. You just pop it out the box and plug it in.

&&Right now I'm in the middle of a conversion from reef to Discus/ planted aquarium. Hair algae beat me down. Maybe a nano in the future. Everything screwed up so I'm converting to FOWLR. Wish me luck.

I have had my Aqua-C Urchin (sump model of Remora) for about a week, and I could not be happier. If the remora performs like this one, Wow. Darin From CAPTIVEREEFS.COM hooked me up and in an almost sailor proof set up (put in sump, turn on) I can't believe the efficiency of this unit. My review comming soon.
