Reduced Bio Load=less Skimmer Production?

Hi fellow reefers my question is just that I have very few fish now and I am not feeding that much at all should my skimmer be collectiong less junk because of the minimal bio-load. I have a 120 gal tank and my fish list is (1) yellow tang (1) small blue devil damsel (1) Algae Blenny (1) green mandarin and (1) Royal Grammy and the assorted crabs (1) each arrow, sally and strawberry a couple green emeralds 20+ hermits and plenty of snails of various kinds. I have quite a few of various differnt coral colonies as well. I also have about 180+ pounds of LR
I took my skimmer apart and cleaned it to make sure that was not the problem. I still feel like it is not really collecting that much.

adjust the in/out water flow rate with the air rate to get more skimmate. there is still stuff in the water the skimmer can get out even with the lowest bioload, it just needs to be tweeked

Skimmer output for given amount of time at same setting should be expected to decrease as LR and rest of biofilter maturing...and reducing bio-load.

But keep doing good maint. on skimmer.

Even in the wild waste is produced, from the smallest creatures. We are running closed systems, although mother earth is much the same, just bigger. Wow, even she cannot dispel all the pollution. We HAVE protein skimmers, she has not!!!
