Default Need advice for Skimmer setup?

I am looking at purchasing and ASM G3 for a 210g fish, live rock, some coral system with a 75g combined sump/refugium and 2 Mag 1200's for return. Would this skimmer and pump (Sedra 5000 rated at 650gph) be appropriate. I am a bit confused on what kind to buy and how the gph on the skimmer ties in with the whole gph flow through the refugium. If I calculated things correctly for the return pumps and head height I will have about 10x's flow through the refugium. Will the skimmer keep up with that?

i dont think that the it matters how much the protein skimmer goes as long as its not draining the sump. if your overflow box and a return pump can keep the sump full. i think you may just have to add more water once the protein skimmer is full and running. i could be wrong. i know you dont want to much flow throught the refu. watch the placement of the out flow of your skimmer

_________

29 gal/ 10gal refugium with more things then I have space to list.
with a 7gal sea horse tank slowly in the works
