Default HOB skimmer for 75 gallon sps tank

I am planning to setup 75 gallon reef with sps and two tangs. Anyone have any good experience with HOB skimmer? I hear good things about Deltec MCE600, but my budget is under $300.

Hey chap! I've got MC 500 (internal in 75 gal) ... You can find its review in Review section of 3reef...

It's great and cheaper than MCE 600!

Cheers!

Cool... If I were You I would try to save some $$$ and get the MCE 600! The biggest problem with HOB skimmers is clogging and related consequences...

Good luck chap!
