berlin skimmer

i am moving up to a 135 gallon tank, i was wondering if a classic berlin venturi protein skimmer would be good? i want to have 3 or 4 large fish (tangs) and like 15 or so little fish to compliment them

If its the classic in sump with a proper pump or the Berlin Turbo it will be fine and if its the Berlin X-L it will run away with a 135 .. Been running one of a 1350 for ??? since about 97 or so its been great..I have nothing but good things to say about a R/S Berlin $ 4 $ it will hold its own with any in the same class of skimmers .

awsome!!!!!, i want to hold like 20 or so fish, cause i found one in my area and the guy is really nice and he said he understands how it is to start so he said he would give it to me for $40, but the pump just needs a new impeller (how muah are on anyways???) or someone had a euroreef rs 6-2, the berlin one is a year old, the euroreef is 2 years old, but the euroreef guy wants like $235, so i wanst sure which would hold what i want,

What pump is on the Berlin ? a RIO 2500 or the turbo bubble whipping impeller ? Just P/M me if you need help with it ? Thats a lot of little fish (: Remember a reef is about balance more then anything put the correct type of and number of certain animals it makes them balance out each other and adds yrs to the trouble free reef tank. 90% of all fish and animals I add to a tank serve a purpose not for looks so much..But looks are considered.
