Question Bad pump / Coralife Superskimmer 125

Hi,
I've been rearranging my sump for a 125g tank to put a refugium in it. While moving my Coralife Super Skimmer 125, through the process of elimination, the pump for it was sending an electric current in the sump (shutting off all but it, the main pump, a uv pump, and some powerheads in the main tank). Looking at the manual and searching the web, I can't figure out what size pump (GPH) and fittings to replace it... Any suggestions? The skimmer works great when the pump is working... Don't really want to sink money in another skimmer.
Thanks.

Do you still have the pump? if so it should have the model number. then all you have to do is go to drs.fosterandsmith.com, search "rio" and find the same model number. It even says "can be used in protein skimmers" in the description. Hope this helps. I have the 65 gallon version and i love it, the only proplem being the micro bubbles

The pump doesn't have anything written on it. I ended up finding a website, aquariumparts.com that had the replacement. Paid $43.50 + tx + shipping. Not too bad, but really wanted to see if there were alternative pumps and want to know what it is (whether it is a RIO, or other brand, special type, etc).
