Default aqua c urchin pump

i found an urchin used i am thinking of buying. problem is, it has no pump. which pump is better and why? maxijet 1200 or rio 800. and are these pumps just powerheads or are they a little bit different creature.

The MJ1200 is better. It will no melt down like rio pumps are known for. It also does not have the restarting problems rio pumps have. The last thing is it makes the skimmer work a little better and run quieter!
