Default AQUA C SKIMMER
Hi all! newbie here. Does anyone have or used one of these ? I just bought a EV-180 for my 135g on 11/25/03 and waiting out the break -in period.curious as to how long befor I see any gunk from what I've heard these are great skimmers. I hope to get some comments on this skimmer! ps. I love this site

I don't have the EV series, but I have heard it's great. Probably takes a couple weeks to break in and get gunked up like most skimmers though. You may want to email gresham. I think he has one. Welcome to 3reef!

I have a EV240 on my 125. Bought it used, so can't be of much help on the break-in period. I have 4 fish and 2 gobies, it pulls out a medium green colored liquid constantly. Running a Mag 12 with it.
