Default Anyone have a Berlin?
I just set up my new 55 and I got a Berlin Turbo Protein Skimmer for Christmas. It is really loud and I was wondering if anyone else has one and if theirs is loud. At first I just thought it was just the pump but the more I listen to it, it sounds like the whole thing is loud. It is also in my w/d if that makes a difference. Thanks ~Jamie~

There are some old threads that mod it pretty well.
I recall people using a Mag pump (quieter) and a kent marine venturi on it for max skimming performance.
