| White Specs on my glass Hi,
I've noticed alot of tiny white specs that move around the glass, they almost look like tiny worms. Can anyone tell me what it might be, I tried to take a picture but they are almost transparent and I can't see them in the picture. Are these things benefical to my tank? if so what does this tell me about my tank? is there anything that needs to be done about these white specs? is this a good sign? I've had my tank up and running for about 2 months already. any info is greatly appreciated, thanks. _________ Perfecto 90 Gal with megaflow overflow, 110lbs LR(mixed), 130 lbs LS, Turboflotor 1000 multi, megaflow sump, magdrive 1800 ghp pump, lighting: 2x250 MH 14K, 4X54 T5's, Auto topoff system. | They are called Spirorbid worms, and are harmless to reef tanks. They will grow and spread all over your tank glass and equipment however, which may not be too attractive looking!
IMO, just another indicator that your water parameters are in a good range! _________ 125gal.w/Mag9.5 return(dual megaflow)>Mag7 pump Aqua Cev180skimmer.Wave2k Hamilton Reefstar(2)250watthqi(mh)pend.a Yellow, Naso Tang Red Lip Blenny Percula Clown Demoiselles Niger Trigger F.
