  | Week 3 NO3 still at 12.5 The ammonia has gone up and back to 0 and my NO3 has got to 12.5 and got stuck. Plenty of life in the LR, lots actually this is pretty cool. Anyways is every thing still ok or have I cycled as much as I can. Still going Slower.

| ONLY 3 weeks??? Man....a cycle can last up to 2 months. Your forgetting to go slow. Im going to start a support group for ppl who have a weekness in reef tanks...  |

| Cycles last more like 12 weeks someone here now has found that out I have had many systems to hit a ammonia and nitrite spike at week 10.. | Dont get discouraged Skytech, my tank has been running for over 9 yrs and my no3 is always between 15-20ppm. Of course, my bio-load is very large. |

Sign me up, Lunatik...LOL...Patience has never been my strong suit....Reef tanks are definitely getting me closer though...
