Default Vermitid snail and Bristle Worms

I have tons of Vermitid snails stringing their webs around. Will they hurt my new coral?

secondly, I also have tons of small Bristle looking Worms crawling around.

Both I am sure are great for detritus, but will they hurt anything?

Their both alright. Vermatids when they are large will smother your corals with a lame net when you feed or, substrate is mixed up. I've glued some shut before. Bristles are cool until they get 6 inches long and attack your hand when working on the tank. Really though, when I find bristles, I put them in my refugium. Theyr'e not bad for your reef tank.

So, really no threat to the reef tank.

Good for the refugium huh. Might have to add on one day.

Depends on the size of the bristle worms and the type as well, not to mention if you have an overabundance of them. They can effect certain corals and Tridacna Clams!

None of the bristle worms exceed an inch in length. They are usually white in color and sometimes you can see a dark line or blood vein.

As for how many. Hundreds in the 38 gallon tall tank.
