Tank stocking plan.

Ok in my sig you can see what I have. Also this friday I will be ordering this (192watt CF with a 12000k and a actinic blue) http://www.aquatraders.com/index.asp...ROD&ProdID=244 . Once I have all of those I want to see about what you guys think on stocking my tank. Bascily if their are any combatibality problems with this.
What I have:
Scarlet hermit
Turbo snail
Snowflake
Velvet damsel(evil)
What I want:
Another scarlet hermit
A few more turbo's
Mated pair of clowns(where can I get a pair of mated?)
Some sort Anemone(any suggestions?)
Cleaner shrimp

Any suggestions for stockings comments, or just simply some input go ahead.

if you only have a 30 gallon tank i really wouldnt add more fish to the stocking id say your at your limits alredy
