Yep. It's a sponge . It's most likely fine but some sponges are invasive. If it gets too close to your corals for comfort you can trim it back very easily.

looks like a sea squirt colony but i gues it could be a sponge.its good for the tank.it filters

I have a sponge just like that in my LR, I think they are very beneficial to your tank as ziggy222 pointed out.

Tunicates have two syphons associated with one tunicate and incurrent and an excurrent similar to a clam!

Some colony tunicates do look very similar to sponges like this but as others have said it is a sponge.
I recently started feeding my sponges korallen-Zucht sponge power, it seems kind of vague to what is in it but i figured i'd give it a go.

Sponges are ultimate filter feeders and therefore do not need to be fed other than the nutrients in your water in the form of dissolved organics/phosphates and nitrates. Otherwise you risk water quality...
