Question Reef safe paint?

Hi guys! I wish to paint a couple of pvc tubes I use for returning water from the sump. Do you know if there is something I could paint them with? Obviously the paint has to be water proof and reef safe. Thanks!

Yeah, thought about getting some black PVC tubbing but it is very hard to find here. I just want to paint it because black can pass unnoticed... If there is no good safe paint I will just stick to good 'ol white

Doubt any paint you can get over the counter would hold up underwater. Really no need to paint the pipe since coralline will eventually cover it.

You would need an epoxy based paint

Or use some blk PVC soft piping like we use..Or get some 3/4 ABS from a Local HVAC supply house. If you need 3/4 or any size flexible PVC P/M me and let me know we sell it by the foot. Or just wrap the oust side of your tubing with black tape. I do this with the Coil denitrator feed tubing when I use it with a siphon from tank to sump.
