Get yourself a couple of powerheads for one either side of the tank. The flow really depends on what you want to keep.
As for filters, if you can fit in a sump then that's what I would do and factor in a fuge at the same time. If not, then you could get an external filter, but I never had much joy with them and require a fair amount of maintenance.
I would also get a skimmer, some say don't bother but that's just my preference Ohhh and if you do then don't get a prizm, that was my first and was also my last!!

_________

80gal with live rock (35kg/70lbs), 30gal sump, refugium with live rock, chaeto and DSB, Bullet-1 skimmer, Fluidized Reactor, T5 lighting (6 tubes), 4 x Koralia 3's.

Lol not the first complaint i have witnessed about the prizms, i was looking at the v2 range.

For now i'm thinking fish and maybe a few anemones but has my tap water put a end to the anemones.

i was thinkg a couple of these what do you guys think?

SEIO 620 Aquarium Pump Powerhead 620 GPH Flow Rate on eBay, also Filtration Heating, Fish, Pet Supplies, Home Garden (end time 08-Apr-08 22:37:20 BST)

I have a filstar xp2 external cannister filter at the mo, don't really want to go up the sump &fuge road plus ain't really got the room,

Marc...

The V2 range are good, in fact that's what I have even though my signature says otherwise, think I better update that! Having said that the Coralife's are basically the same as V2's anyway.
Using tap water isn't really recommended, see if your local LFS has RO water that you can buy, most of them do.
As for keeping anemones, it's suggested that they go in an established aquarium only (e.g. 1 year old +) as they are pretty fussy when it comes to water quality. Obviously the older the aquarium the more stable it is, mind you that's not always the case
I have never had a Seio so I can't really comment on them. What I would recommend is either the Tunze (expensive) or Hydor Koralia (not expensive). Both are a great units and the best thing is they are not very big so you're tank doesn't look overrun with equipment!
