I wouldn't really worry about feeding your clam. They will receive most of their nutrients through their symbiotic single celled dinoflagellate known as zooxanthellae! What type of Tridacna clam do you have? What type of lighting do you employ?
As far as feeding goes, liquid foods do pose a problem of adding too many nutrients into your water column(pelagic area) thus increasing nitrates and phosphates spurring unwanted nuisance microalgae!
Best solution is to combine a little of the microvert into your frozen food as a soak then periodically 2-3 times a day add a small amount of food to your tank. Small multiple feeding is the key and don't be afraid to skip a day or so every now and then!
I would also employ a carbon regimine and efficient skimming to help to maintain water quality! _________ 125gal.w/Mag9.5 return(dual megaflow)>Mag7 pump Aqua Cev180skimmer.Wave2k Hamilton Reefstar(2)250watthqi(mh)pend.a Yellow, Naso Tang Red Lip Blenny Percula Clown Demoiselles Niger Trigger F.
