Need info b4 starting new reef setup!

Hi all, I am getting ready to embark on building a reef of my own. I have basic knowledge of care for marine fish and have been running a fish only tank with live rock for about 1 month. This is a cousin's tank and I decided that I want to go reef, as there are so many beautiful anemone's out there that stand out! I love everything about the reef.

The thing is, is there anything I should know before starting to build my reef? Get live rock? Buy frags? What about chemicals that I need to balance and watch out for? Basically, basic info to keep anemones at their best, general care and all.
