spartan is on a roll

Default mystery

my helfrichi firefish has gone missing and its a covered aquarium. looked everywhere but cant find him. last seen alive last night. no body anywhere, no big fish (roomie is a small spotted mandarin) no bones or any signs of remains. Is there a chance its hiding and asleep? It didn't respond to feeding time tho. i looked everywhere even the skimmer tube. just vanished without a trace.

the fact that he didn't respond to feeding time is a little worrisome. Not to rain on your parade, but sometimes those little dudes just go missing, stuck in the rock or whatever. Hope he shows up.

mystery solved:
poor bugger died under some rock, was being eaten by hermits as we spoke earlier. wonder what got him? only had him for 48 hours. he was eating, so either some crab got to him or the temp was too high for him (80) or he got stuck in the rock and died that way. He was such a beauty too.
