There are very few corals that will grow under normal output flourescents. In this hobby you either go with t5ho (high output) or metal halide. Metal halides are more for sps and clams. For softies I would recommend a t5 ho light fixture that is 48" long. You want 4 x 54watts, 2 actnitic and 2 daylight. You need to do some reading on lighting because there is no easy/quick expanation. Lighting isn't the only thing corals require. What is currently in your tank and how is it set up, without more specifics it's difficult to help. How much liverock do you have, what fish do you have or plan to keep? _________ 20g
