Default heaters differences

What are the differences between the Marineland® Visi-Therm® Stealth Submersible Aquarium Heaters and the Visi-Therm® Deluxe Aquarium Heaters?

Also, is Penn Plax Submersible Heater any good?

Thanks!
GKW
