i wouldn't waste the money on a chiller if you dont think it is necessary. i just recently installed 600watts of power (halides+T5) on my girlfriends mother's tank and we are using a cheap little clamp on 6 in fan to cool her 75gallon. it keeps it cool enough at 80. cooling through evaporation; much cheaper than a chiller. give it a try. i like to keep my tank around 78-80 degrees. good luck hope this helps.
